What (or who) inspires you?

"I'm inspired by people who strive to be themselves and not what society wants them to be. The rebels. I use to care a lot about what people thought of me but the moment I just cared about what I thought, my whole world changed. I'm inspired by people who are unique and creative in their own ways. There's only one you, and that's your superpower."

Causes you advocate for?

"I'm an animal lover and I have two pit bulls. I know first hand how easily this breed is judged. Since having pit bulls I've become involved in being their voice against breed discrimination. When I come across someone who isn't familiar with the breed I educate them on how misjudged these dogs are, as my dog is trying to lick their face. This also helps to teach people not to judge a book by it's cover."

What do you love about the state you live in?

"Good old California. There's so many things I love about this state but what I love the most is it's natural beauty. One weekend I went from the snow in the mountains to the beach to watch the sunset. The weather is so amazing. As I'm typing this it's 75 degrees and sunny in January. I live a couple of miles from the beach and I make sure to go and watch a sunset a couple of times a month. It's truly a beautiful place to live."

 Are you excited for our Macy's launch? Do you shop at Macy's?

"I'm so excited for the launch at Macy's. Boy Meets Girl is my kind of style. I'm always shopping at Macy's so it's really cool that your brand will be sold there now! I love the positive message behind the brand and how you give back to the community. I love supporting brands that do that. I can't wait to see the brand grow and what's to come in 2018!"
