Why should we lead with kindness?

“I’m a yoga teacher...I always learned about kindness and people supporting each other and uplifting each other. We live in such a competitive world and I feel like it’s not necessary because the universe has wealth and opportunity. All that we need. There is no need for being competitive and rude to each other. Kindness is what drives us. It’s what we build on. We have to support these good vibrations.”

Why should we be concerned with bullying?

“Unfortunately, it is everywhere and it has to stop. I see it all the time especially in NYC where everyone is running around and thinking all about themselves when actually you just have to stop, breathe, see people around you and support.”

What can we do to fight the fight against bullying?

“Just be a good example of how you should react and how you should be as a human being.”
