What or who inspires you?
"The people I'm surrounded by every day are my biggest inspirations. My parents, and family who have taken risks to get to the place they are today in order to create a better life for me and my siblings. My friends who strive each and every day for what they believe in and their passions they want to pursue. These people, who I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by, are incredible people I look up to constantly."
What do you love about the state you live in?
"I live in the state of California, and what I love most about it are the chill vibes and tones. This is present both in the people I meet all over the state and the environment including the calming beaches, nature hiking trails, and more. The people here, especially in the Bay Area, are welcoming and kind."
Causes you advocate for?
"Women in Technology, Computer Science Education for Under-resourced, Women's Rights / As a female studying software engineering and computer science, a field that is transparently male-dominated, I make efforts towards increasing not only the amount of women in tech, but making women in tech feel comfortable and happy in the tech culture. Also, growing up, I've been a huge advocate for computer science education and have mentored high school students in Oakland and am currently a Student Instructor for a CS course at my college."
